Mike's Place 26th Annual Golf Tournament
This tournament again will be held on September 7th 20025, at Links of Kent, followed by a Rib Dinner back at Mike's Place.
The Barnstormers Season Continues thanks to Enyo Pest Advisors:
-Enyos idea at the beginning of the season was to donate $3 from every strike out at home games by the Barnstormers to a charity or non profit of Chatham Kent.
-Enyo Chose Chatham-Kent Special Olympics.
-Chatham Barnstormer pitchers had 186 strike outs at home. Totalling $558.
-Enyo increased the donation to $1000 even to accommodate a higher donation value. This brings the strikeout donation to $5.38. ALMOST DOUBLE
-Enyo being a local pest control company decided to keep the money local and help our community.
-ENYOs Tag Line in "Bigger than Bugs" and we aim to prove that's a valid statement.
-This strikeout donation continues into next year with the next charity or organization to be chosen at a later date.
-Fund set to be used towards youth Special Olympics including Swimming and soccer.
-Enyo supports the community in many ways including a $1000 bursary for someone in chatham kent over 30 years old towards continuing education. Apply online at www.enyo.ltd
-Special olympics are looking for coaches and athletes
